Jetvexa sources landing gear wheels, brakes, components and legs for regional aircraft. Counterfeit and unapproved parts put aircraft and lives at risk, and we take that seriously.

What we do

• Traceable parts only. We pass on only offers whose documentation we have checked.

• Documentation with every part. Each part comes with its release certificate (for example EASA Form 1 or FAA 8130-3, or an equivalent acceptable to your authority) and traceability information showing source, condition and history.

• Checked suppliers. We approach only suppliers whose registration and approvals we have checked.

• Checks on every document. We check part numbers, serial numbers, certificate details and issuing approvals, and we look for signs of alteration or gaps in the history.

• Honest availability. We do not describe a part as available unless a supplier has confirmed it.

• Verification on request. We can arrange live or recorded video of the part, its tags and its paperwork. Independent third-party inspection before shipment can be arranged where the supplier agrees and you request it.

• Supplier terms. Each part is sold on the supplier’s terms, which set out warranty and return conditions. We give you these before you order.

What we will not do

• Pass on offers for parts we cannot document.

• Accept missing or doubtful paperwork as good enough.

• Pass on offers for parts we believe may be counterfeit or unapproved.

If something is wrong
If we find or are told of a suspect part, we stop the transaction, inform the people affected, preserve the records, and report confirmed cases to the relevant aviation authority.
