How We Work

Jetvexa is a sourcing company. We find suppliers for the landing gear parts you need, check the documents, and coordinate the offer between you and the supplier. Here is what happens from request to delivery.

Step 1: You send your request

Tell us the part number, quantity, aircraft type, condition and certificate you need, where the part is going, and how urgent it is. Mark urgent requests as AOG. We aim to respond to every request within 4 hours.

Step 2: We approach vetted suppliers

We contact suppliers and confirm availability, condition, lead time and documentation for your exact part. We only pass on offers a supplier has confirmed.

Step 3: We check the documents

Before we pass on an offer, we review the release certificate and traceability documents for consistency with the part. Where the value or risk is high, video verification of the part, its tags and its paperwork, and independent inspection before shipment, are available on request.

Step 4: You receive the supplier’s offer

You receive the offer with the part number, condition, certificate type, lead time, price and the supplier’s terms. The contract for the part is between you and the supplier on the supplier’s terms. Our commission, which is stated in writing before you order and is payable only if the transaction completes, is invoiced separately by Jetvexa Limited to buyer or supplier. We coordinate the process and are not the seller.

Step 5: The supplier ships

The supplier ships the part with tracking and its release paperwork, and is responsible for export classification and any export licence. We stay in touch until the part arrives.and is accepted.

Checks We Make On Every Request

  • We confirm who the buyer, end user and destination are.

  • We screen the parties against sanctions and restricted-party lists.

  • We ask the supplier to confirm export classification and any licence needed.

  • We do not proceed if a check cannot be completed.

Protecting You From Fraud

We never ask you to pay for parts to us. Payment for parts goes to the supplier, using the bank details on the supplier’s invoice. Our commission is invoiced separately by Jetvexa Limited and is always agreed in writing before you order. Bank details never change by email. If you receive a message in our name asking you to change payment details, or to pay us anything you haven’t agreed in writing, do not act on it, and contact us straight away.
