Export Control, Sanctions and End-User Screening

Our role
Jetvexa Limited sources and negotiates the supply of aircraft parts between suppliers and buyers. Our suppliers ship the parts and act as exporter of record, handling export classification, licensing and shipping filings. We do not act as exporter.

What we do on every transaction

  • Screen the parties. We check buyers, end users, consignees, agents and relevant intermediaries against applicable sanctions and restricted-party lists, including those of the UK, EU, UN and US.

  • Confirm destination and end use. We ask where the part is going and what it will be used for, and obtain a written end-user statement where appropriate.

  • Require supplier confirmation. Before a transaction proceeds, the supplier confirms in writing that export classification has been determined and that any required licence is held or applied for.

  • Check for controlled items. We look for items that may be military or dual-use controlled and apply extra care to them.

  • Stop when concerns are unresolved. If screening is incomplete, or a possible match, diversion risk or other red flag is not resolved, we do not proceed.

  • Keep records. We keep screening and supporting records for 6 years.

US-origin parts
Many aircraft parts are subject to the US Export Administration Regulations (EAR) wherever they are located. Re-export and transfer to certain destinations or end users may require authorisation. We require our suppliers to confirm compliance, and we do not facilitate transfers we know or suspect would breach these rules.

What we need from you

  • Full legal name, registered address and registration number of the buyer.

  • The end user and final destination of the part.

  • The intended use, for example installation on a named operator’s aircraft type.

  • Any import licence or permit requirements on your side.

We may ask for further information or decline a request where we cannot complete screening.

Integrity
We do not offer, give, request or accept bribes or improper payments.
